Since 1968, Custom Pools has been working to provide exceptional service to our customers with our expert advice, high-quality products and pool services. More than most retailers, we are focused on helping you find the best experience with your backyard pool. Whether you are looking to build a new pool or want to come into our store to ask questions about your existing pool, we will help guide you down the path of success. We want you to have FUN in the backyard!

"We are especially impressed with your attention and quick response to any inquiries, questions or minor problems we’ve had. Many times I have called with a question, and found when I got home that day that you had (without being asked) sent someone out to check on the issue. This type of attention to the customer’s needs after the sale is rare in business today. We want you to know it does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated."

"My relationship with the staff at Custom Pools began over ten years ago. During this time, they have patiently answered all my questions, explained how I could do certain jobs myself to save money, and bailed me out when I started a job that didn’t go according to plan. Your staff consistently provides the highest level of support to their customers. They know me, they know my pool and they know what to recommend. It’s great to deal with the same people from one year to the next, demonstrating a loyal and service-oriented staff."

"Having built our own home, we were used to delay after delay and broken promise after broken promise. None of that occurred with Custom Pools. From the initial contact to the closing, all your promises were kept. If any potential client asks me which pool company I would go with, it would be Custom Pools without a moment’s hesitation."

"We’re very happy we chose Custom Pools. Starting with your careful yard evaluation, we think you engineered the whole thing very well – the retaining wall, helping us choose just the right size, and your careful digging around our white pine. Thank you to everybody at Custom Pools! We couldn’t be happier with the job you did, or with the wonderful follow-up service."

"We have received many, many compliments about how nice the entire area around the pool and pool itself look. As you know, we had a very unique situation with limited space and need for some real imagination. Again, please accept my deepest and sincere thanks for a job well done. I will definitely recommend your services to any of our friends looking for a new pool or any related pool services."

"Your installation crew rank in our book ‘second to none.’ Needless to say, many of our friends are also impressed with what they’ve seen."
