Auto Cover Technician
Job Title: Auto-Cover Technician
Reports to: Service Manager
Location: Custom Pools Inc (8960 Excelsior Blvd, Hopkins, MN 55343)
FLSA Status: Seasonal/Full-time
Salary: Hourly Compensation $26-$38 Per Hour
Position Summary
Auto-Cover Mechanic will be a field technician servicing auto-covers at customers’ homes. You will be handling new cover installations, auto-cover fabric replacements and general repairs/upgrades to existing auto-cover systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Driving the company vehicle to customer’s location.
- Troubleshooting cover issues
- Making repair and upgrade recommendations
- Replacing Auto-Cover Fabric and wear parts
- Coverstar, APC and Cover Pools covers
- Installing new covers
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Auto Mechanics and Cover Experience is a plus but not required, we will train.
- Capable of working with technology platforms for service tickets
- Ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Professional appearance.

Retail Specialist
Job Title: Retail Specialist
Reports to: Service Manager
Location: Custom Pools Inc (8960 Excelsior Blvd, Hopkins, MN 55343)
FLSA Status: Full-time/Part-time, non-exempt/hourly, seasonal April-September
Salary: Hourly Compensation $18-$20
Position Summary
Retail specialists provide day-to-day sales support and customer service. A retail specialist tests pool water, answers customer questions about products, stock availability, promotions, and store policies.

- Engage with customers.
- Use water link software to test customer’s water (training provided).

- Transportation to work. This position is 100% on site at the store, not remote.

Service Helper
Job Title: Service Helper
Reports to: Service Manager
Location: Custom Pools Inc (8960 Excelsior Blvd, Hopkins, MN 55343)
FLSA Status: Seasonal/Full-time
Salary: Hourly Compensation $15-$18 Per Hour
Position Summary
Service Helper will be a field technician’s helper servicing pools at customers’ homes. You will be handling helping service technician with pool open/closing, weekly pool maintenance, equipment repair/replacement, liners, auto cover, etc.

Water Testing Specialist
Job Title: Water Testing Specialist
Reports to: Service Manager
Location: Custom Pools Inc (8960 Excelsior Blvd, Hopkins, MN 55343)
FLSA Status: Full-time/Part-time, non-exempt/hourly, seasonal April-September
Salary: Hourly Compensation $15-$18
Position Summary
Water testing specialists will be conducting pool water testing for our customers in-house at our retail store. A water specialist tests pool water, answers customer questions about water chemistry, and directs customers to products related to there needs.
